This is easy to whip up in the morning when Caleb should be hungry and likely to eat more. He usually has it with fruits and bread. When there’s leftover, I save it for his second meal. That way, he has 1 egg a day!
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup whole milk
Melt butter in microwave. Beat egg in a small bowl that can go into the steamer. Add butter and milk and mix well. Steam for 10 minutes or until the center is hard when jiggle.
Cool down before serving.
